Trail du Petit-Ballon : the race takes place between 200 and 1300m of altitude on a course of 54km for + 2200m of vertical drop, it will lead the “trailers” to the top of Petit-Ballon (km 29) before returning via Osenbach (km 42), the descents rather, taking place on wide paths, the climbs on superb mountain trails that may be snowy! Circuit des Grands-Crus : it is a 28km loop between 200 and 600m above sea level, mainly on paths and trails, with a drop of approximately + 900m through vineyards and forests with a picturesque passage to OSENBACH halfway and above the convent from SCHAUENBERG to the 21st km. La ZINNKOEPFTRAIL : it’s a 16km race with 600m of elevation gain. Mini-Trail de l’âne : it is an 8 km “discovery” course with 200 m of elevation gain. Hours : Attention 4 races 4 departures: 8:00 a.m. for the Trail, 9:00 a.m. for the Zinnkoepftrail, 9:30 a.m. for the Circuit and 9:50 a.m. for the Mini. Start and Finish rue du stade in ROUFFACH, signs will be put in place. Participation : the competition is open to all from 16 years old in the year 2021 for the Mini Trail of the donkey (respectively 18 years old in the year for the Zinnkoepftrail and 20 years in the year for the Circuit des Grands-Crus and for the Trail du Petit-Ballon) subject to compliance with the law of 23 March 1999 concerning the medical certificate. Participants must be well trained and familiar with the unforeseen events that can arise in the mountains. For the 54 km Trail, a first time barrier will be established at the Col du BOENLESGRAB at km 20 at 11:30 am, participants who will arrive beyond will be directed towards the finish (20 km remaining) or repatriated if they are not able to Carry on. A second time barrier will be established at OSENBACH at km 42 at 3:00 p.m.(6 km / h). This barrier will be strictly enforced and no complaints will be accepted. Participants who arrive beyond will be repatriated on arrival and classified in order after the last participant to complete the entire course. Important: in the event of bad weather and for any reason of force majeure, the organizer reserves the right to shorten or modify the route of the Trail du Petit-Ballon and / or the Circuit des Grands-Crus and / or the Zinnkoepftrail . Insurance: The organizer is covered by an AZUR IARD SA Civil Liability policy but declines any other liability. Registration : they will be carried out EXCLUSIVELY on the site www.sporkrono.fr with SECURE payment by credit card and immediate confirmation by MAIL (until Thursday, SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.). FFA licensees are checked automatically via the Sporkrono registration platform, for all other runners a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of athletics in competition or running in competition dating less than one year from the date of the race will be submitted online when registering or subsequently until SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 via the information sent in the registration confirmation email sent by Sporkrono. Internet costs are FULLYborne by the organization. In particular to ensure a certain fluidity in the progress on the trails a total of 4000 bibs are available: 1200 for the TRAIL LONG 54 km, 1400 for the TRAIL COURT 28 km, 900 for the Zinnkoepftrail and 500 for the MINI TRAIL 8 km . A counter will show the remaining balance on sporkrono.fr until SEPTEMBER 23, 2021. There will be no on-site registrations this year. PLEASE NOTE: There will be no further registration changes from Monday, SEPTEMBER 13, 2021 due to fixed costs incurred. 1) Cancellation: a runner’s cancellation insurance can be taken out when registering (the general conditions of sale are available when subscribing). 2) Change of race: a runner may request a change of race until Sunday, SEPTEMBER 12, 2021 by email to tpb@sporkrono.fr without reimbursement of the difference in the event of a lower price and with payment of the difference in the event of higher rate. 3) Transfer of registration for the same race: a runner can be replaced on the same race until SEPTEMBER 12, 2021 via the information sent in the registration confirmation email sent by Sporkrono. This action is irreversible. In the event of cancellation of the event by administrative decision related to the health crisis (covid-19), the organizer undertakes to reimburse the full amount of the registration except management fees (5% with a minimum of 1 euro). Bibs: the bibs are personal and personalized (FIRST NAME) for all registrations made up to MONDAY 13 SEPTEMBER. Their withdrawals will be made on SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 25 from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 26 from 6.30 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. for the Long Trail 54 km, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. for the Trail Court 28 km, from 7.30 a.m. to 8.30 a.m. for the Zinnkoepftrail and from 8.30 a.m. at 9:30 am for the Mini 8 km at the Rouffach multipurpose hall. Please bring pins. Important: the bib must be worn at the front and VISIBLE throughout the race, it must not be folded or cut! No complaint will be accepted in the event of loss or damage to the bib. Refueling: details will be specified later. Self-sufficiency will be favored and the number of refueling points reduced. Compulsory equipment: A reserve of drink of at least 1 L is compulsory for the TRAIL 54, as well as a survival blanket, a whistle, a “Buff” or equivalent, a waterproof jacket and a mobile phone. Checks will be carried out on the course, in particular at the Col du BOENLESGRAB and each missing element will result in a stopover of 10 minutes. For the TRAIL 28 a water reserve of at least 0.5 L and a survival blanket are mandatory. Cups: there will be no disposable cups at the refreshments. Each competitor must therefore bring their personal reusable cup (possibility of acquiring one on site) Poles: they are allowed on TRAIL 54 but prohibited on TRAIL 28, on ZINNKOEPFTRAIL and on MINI TRAIL 8 Rescue and control: They will be provided by a medical service and the Haut-Rhin Mobile First Aid Unit (UMPS 68) Cloakroom and showers: details will be specified later. No luggage storage will be established. Pasta Party and Post-race meal: details will be specified later. For all the races: a “ravito bag” on arrival. In addition, in addition to the gifts above, a Technical Bodycross T-shirt is offered for sale at the special price of € 10. It must be reserved at registration and will be given with the bib. The first 10 men and women scratch in each of the 4 races will be rewarded. Only the first in each category will receive a prize. The Mini-Trail 8 awards ceremony will take place from 11:30 a.m. followed by the ZINNKOEPFTRAIL at 12:15 p.m., that of Trail 28 from 2:15 p.m. and that of Trail 54 from 3:30 p.m. Presence required to receive the prize. Results: the rankings will be available live on the internet at www.sporkrono.fr. Each runner will receive their time by SMS as soon as they cross the finish line. Course recognition: FOLLOWING THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE RACE AND THE MANY TRAILS SCHEDULED IN SEPTEMBER, THERE WILL BE NO FRAMED RECOGNITION THIS YEAR STOP DÉCHETS: it seems obvious but it is useful to remember it: no waste should be left on the paths or worse thrown in the side aisles! Any offender will be immediately excluded from the race! Image rights: each participant authorizes the organization as well as the beneficiaries, such as partners and the media, to use the fixed or audiovisual images on which they may appear, taken during the event. |
